The book goes in detail through tons of questions and gives you techniques you can use to think of what to say, how to structure and how to personalise your answers. I loved the fact that they give examples of bad and good answers because I could then see how I could form my own answers to make a good impact. I am starting at St George's med school this autumn and would encourage everyone to get this book to ensure their success.

I agree with everyone that this book is the best book around to help prepare for medical school interviews. Tons of questions, lots of explanations on how to approach the questions and loads of examples to help you see how to put a convincing answer together. I have recommended it to everyone. It is just brilliant.

Having attended four interviews I can honestly testify to the fact that all of the questions I was asked featured in this book. This book's main asset is that it really helps you think about how to get content for your answers and then demonstrates how you can structure it so that you sound good.

Having extensively used the most excellent 600 UKCAT questions book by Olivier Picard, Laetitia Tighlit, Sami Tighlit and David Phillips, I used ISC Medical's med school interview skills book for my interview. It is equally excellent and really helps you work out your own answers so that you can approach the interview without the fear of sounding cheesy, or worse, getting stuck. Brilliant, brilliant, brillant. Those two books will save your life like they saved mine!
